The garage cord got pulled by my roof rack when I was pulling out which made the garage door scrape on my car. When I closed it it started to struggle then a bolt came off so it won't open now im assuming

There was a water leak under the kitchen sink that destroyed the chipboard shelves below. I have removed part of the middle shelf as it was coming apart. Looking for someone to remove the damaged shelves and replace them with new shelves. Open to suggestions regarding material. The two shelves are around 2000mm long and 540mm deep. The waste pipe goes through both shelves. I assume the shelves will need to be installed in sections to fit into the cupboard.

Install reticulation into a back and front garden

Chair is still working but because mechacnism is very old (lazyboy) the bolts keep coming undone and I think the mechanised probably needs to be replaced.

Need to flush in new ceiling in two areas , small extension of 2mtlong x 2350wide Add cornicing and gyprock to one wall that’s 1100 wide. Cornices where new ceiling is. Price must include all materials and labor .

Recently set up IKEA TV cabinet, having issue with the drawers and hinges. May need to use a small wall plug or some putty for one of the screw holes in particular which has opened up. Pictures attached and happy to provide any further information, thanks.
