Wall Crack Repairs: • A few cracks on the walls in the living area of the house need to be filled and properly repaired. 3. Bathroom Mould and Repainting: • A small area of mould above the shower on the bathroom wall needs to be treated. • The area will then need repainting with mould-resistant paint. • I’d also appreciate any advice or suggestions on preventing mould in the future. 4.
