Securing a bookcase to the wall using hardware included with bookcase upon purchase. I made an attempt to secure myself, which was unsuccessful (I have never done this before). Would appreciate if you could try to use the existing holes, or assist with patching up using appropriate materials. Tredmill belt has moved across to right side of Tredmill and has shredded a bit ,may need a new belt as well as well as it will need to be fitted on if anyone knows if its an easy fix and or how to do it

Laundry Room Mould Treatment: • There’s mould growing on the bottom part of one wall in the laundry room due to a previous water leakage. • This area may need cleaning, treatment, and repair to prevent further issues. 2. Wall Crack Repairs: • A few cracks on the walls in the living area of the house need to be filled and properly repaired. 3. Bathroom Mould and Repainting: • A small area of mould above the shower on the bathroom wall needs to be treated. • The area will then need repainting with mould-resistant paint. • I’d also appreciate any advice or suggestions on preventing mould in the future. 4. There's some leak on the roof. I can see the water marks on one of the bedrooms which needs to be fixed. I’ve attached images of the affected areas for your reference.
