I have a motorhome that needs minor maintenance today (Thursday) or tomorrow (Friday) Items including Leaking waste water tank Break light intermittently not working

Obviously price listed is not budget. Needing quotes. - Install smoke alarms (battery) - Fix missing or damaged skirting boards - Some doors binding on door frame or carpets – needs repairing - Replace/install doorstops - Replace/repair damaged window latches - Repair/replace flyscreens - Replace heater lamp bulb in bathroom - Patch patch on dining room ceiling from previous water leak - Repair/replace leaking tap in laundry - Paint door and ensure frame secure/stable in brick shed/storage area out back - Repair/replace damaged sash balances on windows - Reverse water pipe connections to ensuite tap (hot/cold are currently reversed)

The deck will need some general repairs, the large slats have too much distance between them and requires additional supports underneath and some may need replacing.

My ducted heating/cooling system needs a service, a full clean, and it may be leaking onto the roof, so that will need to be repaired.

Small piece of wood on corner gutter replaced. Bottom of fly screen on door has come away. Needs reattaching. Remove old key safe front front screen door. Fix door knob inside sliding door. Remove laminate strips across top of two kitchen cupboard doors, clean off glue and reattach to cupboard doors. - Due date: Flexible

Tiled roof minor maintenance repair required basically making the roof water tight. Replace cracked tiles where needed and re mortar - Due date: Flexible

Heater Plaster Patch -Supply and install back blocks where required -Supply and install new plaster to the patch where the heater has been removed -Paint the new plaster patch only Laundry Waste Plumbing -Remove and dispose of the existing waste pipe -Supply and install a new waste pipe back to the gully trap outside Kitchen Sink Waste Plumbing -Remove and dispose of the existing waste pipe -Supply and install a new waste pipe back to the gully trap outside Back Door Repair Remove the back door. We have repairs or maintenance pop of occasionally for our rental property. Hence, I'd love to get someone reliable who is willing to work when needed. Some of the current issues we need sorted out: 1: Fixing handle on oven (it's loose and I think glass may need to be removed to repair - see pic attached) 2: The chain has come off a roller blind and needs to be repaired (pic to come) - Due date: Flexible
