Find an experienced handyman in Lisarow

Looking to remove ceiling gyprock and gyprock between trusses on 16m2 of calling . Looking to narrow a doorway/hallway by 10 cm by extend wall out this distance. I have attached some photos below on the internal of the roof. Only looking to expose to the center beam on the trusses.

Need some walls repaired (general wear and tear) plus where curtain rails use to hang and previous towel rail. Required to be filled in and painted over.

Remove old Hills hoist clothes line and replace with newly purchased Hills hoist clothes line. We have been able to undo the locking cap but cannot get the clothes line out of the hole. Tried WD40, detergent and hot water but still it won’t budge, we just don’t have the strength to get it out.

We need someone who is confident on a ladder or roof and able to hang and assemble Christmas lights with hooks to the roof/gutter area. It would be great if it could be done Sunday morning (15th Dec) before 1pm.

The small pergola see through panels were damaged by a hail storm a few years ago. We are preparing the house for sale and need these replaced. I don’t have the panels or pieces so quote for these aspects included. We are easy going with the date if you need to order stuff in.

Current curtain rails were installed one inch too low. I need them moved up, as close to the cornice as possible. There are 2 rails, approximately 1.3 metres each. Each is secure by 4 brackets inclusive of both ends. So you will need to drill 8 holes. Measurements are pretty much done just drill directly above current holes. You will need to bring drill suitable for brick walls, and supply wall anchors. Cleaning drill dust is a must. Thank you.

Recently purchased property and went up a ladder to change bulbs in kitchen. Fitting fell straight out - badly mounted and looks like it had pulled through the plaster board in the past and was left barely balancing on the screws. Looks like it was simply screwed directly into the plaster board which crumbled. Need help securing again. Likely needs a bit of wood behind the holes to hold the screws - they’re right next to manhole and easy to access. Not under insulation etc Happy to negotiate price and time/date.
