Date: Ideally Wednesday 31 May - about 3 or 4 days work. Time: 9.30am - 3.30pm daily (6 hrs a day) Location: Logan Village. The house will be empty for those dates. Parking: Because it is a "Lifestyle Village" trucks can't be parked on site but can drop off and pick up material. If you have a ute, you can park it in the garage. The carpark is outside the gates. A brief of the work follows including pics: 1. Cutting out arches in Alfresco x 2 to ground level and repair/fill cladding inside of the archway using cutout material (image 1) 2. Removing screens in three arches and take away (image 1) 3. Remove 2 x existing air conditioning units and take away. Patch up wall holes if needed (images 2 and 3) 4. Remove existing outdoor blinds x 5 and take away please (image 5) 5. Remove indoor pelmets x 6 and blinds x 4 and take away please (example in image 6). 6. Remove shower frame in the bathroom and install a bathtub (bath supplied) into framework in existing shower area (framework to be built). Tiler to finish off and seal. (Image 7) 7. Remove towel rack and install heated towel rack in 2nd bathroom (it has an electric plug so does not need wiring but just needs to be hanged pleased). (See image 8) 8. Installing shoe rack on the wall in bedroom. 9. Installing a doggy door in the Alfresco area (doggy door supplied). 10. Assemble Bunnings 6 shelf cabinet in main bedroom walk-in-robe. 11. Assemble Fantastic Furniture – 1 x double bed, 1 x queen bed, 1 x tall boy 12. Place picture hanging hooks in hallway x 23 hooks. 13. Hang large heavy mirror please. 14. Put up curtain rail in main bedroom over glass sliding door, curtain rail supplied (Image 9) 15.
