Looking for someone to replace rusted brackets on house guttering (see photo). Approx 2-4 need repair. Guttering easily accessed from the balcony. Not 100% sure of the colour of the guttering but would like brackets colour matched as close as possible.

We are seeking a carpenter to supply and install a Bi-fold sliding door at Eastbank Ave, Collaroy. The opening of the door is 1440mm wide (approx.), and 2055mm high (approx.). The optimal solution is a bi-fold sliding door with multiple panels, with a tracking system and hinges, so it folds as it opens. The specifications are as follows: • The door needs to stack on the south eastern side (allowing maximum north eastern views when it’s open). • It appears that three (3) panels are optimal, however we are happy to be guided by the carpenter if there is a better option. • We have considered a sliding barn door (and got a quote from Hume Doors), however this will be bulky and have a detrimental impact on views. We think the sliding door will be much more effective. Once interest is ascertained, I will send through a full project brief with pictures and details. Few things need doing, some need items from Bunnings (or somewhere) and can come with you. Main ones are a door that won’t close, catch seems broken, other one loos like the nail in the handle is loose, but think it needs new handle putting on the door as it doesn’t ’catch on’, new toilet seat, and a few picture frames/ 3 x white boards putting up on walls. If anyone can help and is a glazier, can quote is when you come as 2 windows smashed. Apart from that, nice gaff! Quotes for the job, I can buy what’s needed. Thank you!
