Including: - install a small roof on our carport storage area - to keep possums from getting in there - the job is half done and all the materials are there - install a missing roof tile on the carport - replace a rotten roof beam on the deck - install a bidet toilet seat attachment - this mostly involves finding the correct part to convert into use in Australia (from US)

Cleaners are coming to pressure clean Saturday 16th afternoon so would ideally be done on the Saturday evening, Sunday or Monday Hi! We have been struggling with pigeons on the corner of the balcony and near the AC unit. Shower door rollers keep coming off causing leaking

A small dent as shown in the first picture, the picture to it was an attempt to fix it but the real estate agent want us to fix it. Anyone could quote that would be great

Small scuff marks on the wooden floor, need fixing. Real estate agent want us to fix the marks in the attached pictures on the wooden floor. Probably sanding might fix it, I have no idea, if anyone can give some quote that would be great
