The toilet window has an inbuilt fan for ventilation, however it undermines the insulation of the place. I need someone to replace it with a plain window.

Hourly rate. Looking for someone available anytime today-tonight to vacuum out ceiling crawl space. Approx 50sq m. Will need to have own ladder (approx 1.8m height) & light weight vacuum cleaner with attachment/s (as a long stick brush head will not be workable between beams). The area has been fumigated and treated with Ultra violet / ozone, so no creepy crawlys or hazards. Also option for a few small areas of sarking patch and repair if interested. Have upped hourly rate cos its a dusty job (with low roof clearance on sides) that requires acess through man hole and attention to keep your weight (& the vac) on the beams & brickwork. No need to remove any rubble or excess building materials - just vacuum dust off beams & ceiling floor where insulation will be laid tomorrow.

Patch repair to ceiling where downlight was removed. Patch repair to bottom of wall.

I’ve had to have a possum removed from inside the wall which has left a 30cm hole. Needs to be plastered but not painted. Needs to be done ASAP

Hi guys, I need a handyman to work on these small jobs soon, 1. Replace/fix my door fly screen with a new one (not just patched it up). 2. Repainting a section of wall (about 2m x 1.5m), paint available already. 3. Patching a small spot (about 3 cm) in the skirting board. Need this to be done in 28 or 29 April. I need the interior shelving & hanging spaces in my wardrobe (wall to wall) removed & replaced to give me more space. There’s no drawers. I’ll pay extra for materials, pls see pic.

The first two tasks would be to move some existing hooks to accomodate the new artwork. These are heavy but I could lend a hand. The next job would be to hang three paintings on canvas ( not heavy) together as the third photo shows. Hooks would need to be provided for the three smaller paintings ☺️
