Painting - living room ceiling by aircon vent has been repaired and will just need a touch up of ceiling paint (it should be approx 3m x 3m area) 4. Laundry window is unable to be opened… This may involve carefully scraping off the paint that is sealing the window shut without damaging the window frame and applying lubricant to the moving parts if they are stiff or rusted. 5.
