The job will involves drilling through the concrete wall with a core drill, water proofing around the pipe penetration (which will be under soil) and installing duct/pipe. The idea is to come out underneath my wooden deck as seen in the picture, however, we will need to dig down 50cm to get full access to the exterior wall and the duct will be under the soil.
