I have one tile missing and one tile loose from my window sill. Seeking someone to repair please? I haven't been able to find tiles to match, so happy to have all 4 replaced if someone knows where to get them.

We've got six outdoor wooden chairs that need sanding and a couple of coats of Cabots garden oil (we supply this). Two have slightly higher backs. The major pieces of each chair are joined using allen key nuts & bolts. Happy for them to be taken offsite for the work.

I require this doorway removed and all architrave around it and need it turined into a wall (timber framing and gyprocked please). While you are here my electrician will run wires in the new framing for a powerpoint i need. I also will need the door you remove for my bathroom as the bathroom one is damaged so if you can also rehang this door too please. The wall will need to have skirting where the door was (you can use frming around the door that is getting removed) and the wall needs to be flushed and ready for me to paint.

The roof fascia board that faces the sea has become badly damaged and needs replaced to look like the ones on the other sides of the house. I’m happy to paint it, once the new one has been installed. Door was previously attached by tradesman from airtasker, however I dont think it was done correctly as over the course of a few months, door has come loose and now dishwasher door doesn't shut well. Job is to remove furniture door from dishwasher, and reattach as per instructions. We don't have paper instructions anymore but can be found online. Beko BDI1420 - Due date: Flexible
