About the home: - Its front is 3 stories high - Its back is 2 stories high - Approx 35-45 degrees roof - The roof's total area is about 160 square meters - Terracotta Tiled roof - There are no observable leaks - Attached are a few photos FYI Work needed: - Whole roof Hhigh-pressure clean, and remove moss and algae - Whole roof fix bedding and pointing - Fix/replace damaged/broken/loose/misplaced tiles where necessary. I don't have spare tiles so I need them to be provided in this case. The garage door bracket has snapped (pulled itself out of roof). The motor runs fine but the door will now not hang/close properly. There are also several rivets missing from the panels hence the door sags in parts (see photos). It needs a capable handyman to remount the ceiling bracket (including possible plaster work) albeit mounting it and replacing missing rivets is the priority

8x wardrobes with hanging rails are installed too high to reach. Need Airtasker to lower the railings by drilling new holes for the brackets to be attached. Require Airtasker to remove clothes and lay on bed whilst work is performed, and to rehang clothes when job is complete.

Nedd the wall to be fixed and painted

Need handyman or locksmith to repair and reinstall 3 x indoor door handles that have come loose (see pictures attached). Also need assistance with hanging a 50cm wall clock on the wall (gyprock / single brick). You'll need to supply required materials/tools.
