I have several house maintenance and small handyman tasks to be done at my home. I prefer to pay hourly rate so we both know exactly what we can expect. Things I need done: Putting up outdoor pvc blinds on my patio Putting up some brackets for shelving (into brick) Putting up a heater (again it’s just into brick) Cleaning my decking (3m x 4m) and lightly sanding it so it can be oiled (I have a deck cleaner that doesn’t require you to sand but I like to do it anyway) Putting together some outdoor raised garden beds. Weeding garden beds You likely won’t get everything done that’s needed in one visit so what you’re quoting on here is just 3 hours of your time.

Our kitchen sink is not draining at the moment and we think there might be a blockage we can’t get to. Any help would be appreciated!

I have gotten a large sliding door (3600 x2100) second hand and I want to enclose my outdoor area with it. I do have the skills to do it myself but I have just had hand surgery so looking for someone else. The space is currently an open wall so some framing will be required. As well as weather proofing with flushing and silicon. I’ve included pictures of the wall (space) but it’s essentially 2400 x 4200 and has brick on two sides, and a steal beam running over head. I need this installed so in the future I can remove it with no lasting damage to the surrounding structure.
