Fix the oven door which has come off its hinges.

In the middle of a bathroom renovation, new cornices are going up today and I’m putting the feelers out to see if someone can come and do the painting (ceiling and cornices only) before the bath etc gets installed. Bathroom is approx 3280mm x 1650mm Toilet is approx 2370mm x 900mm. Ceiling is already painted so should hopefully only need a clean and one topcoat to cover over smudges from renovation. Cornices will need primer and two coats. Must use bathroom-specific (ie anti mould) primer and ceiling paint (white). Price I’ve put includes paint cost but let me know if you need me to supply paint. You’ll need to supply other materials too (e.g. tape, anything you need to clean and prep) but we do have a drop sheet and a ladder you can use if that helps. Will post photos this afternoon when cornice installation is complete.

Bathroom and toilet are currently being renovated and we need new cornices to be supplied and installed some time between Thursday March 13 and Sunday March 16. Tiling and grout will be done, but bath, shower screen etc will not yet be installed. Bathroom dimensions are approx 3280mmx1650mm, toilet approx 2370mmx900mm. The cornices we had in there prior to demo (and that we have throughout the rest of house) were Bel air 90mm, so this is the cornice type we are hoping to install so it matches the rest of the house. Quote to include supply of cornices (ie you purchase and bring cornices) and all materials.

Hi, need a fly screen patch or replacement. Should be a relatively straight forward job to determine once having a look. There is a small tear from my dog biting it and then I cut it out. I don't have images right now but can get some. Looking for someone trustworthy and reliable. Install Kaboodle to small kitchen. Including laminate bench top, tall pantry, oven tower, counter top gas stove.

Trim down door 5mm each side, cut holes for handles and hardware, replace from broken door and fit new door to hinges

-re apply silicon in bathrooms - fix curtain rail that has come off the wall - skirting board has cracked and come off the wall, needs repairing or replacing - fix a hand towel holder on the wall in a bathroom. - fit a light globe in a tall stair case

Bifold cupboard door has come off as the hinges snapped. I have bought new hinges, but needs to be attached to the doors. The cupboard door wood has split at the joint attachment point (see photo).

I had my shower screen removed for bathtub repairs, and it needs to be re-sited. Installer will need to drill new holes in the tiles/brick wall as the new tub is higher (so the old clamps and holes will need to be moved in the wall). It will also need to be re-siliconed on the wall and tub edge, and to fill the existing holes. The screen is 5mm thick and is very heavy. This task needs an experienced shower screen installer please
