Hello, as our block is higher than next door, there is a panel retain wall 1 panel and unfortunately the panel is too shallow and the sand from our side flow over from the bottom gap leaving a gaping hole on our side of the fence. Need help to plug this gap and prevent further sand flow over and causing hole(errosion). The hole is around 1 meter lenght as picture. Price neg after we discuss. It is a 3 bedroom transportable type fixed granny flat home (I have plans and I know who constructed it but they have been no help in advising about this) with only 1 set of sliding doors and no other form of entry. I don't think the dog door can go in the sliding glass or screen doors as that means it needs to stay partially open all the time which is no good if you have the aircon going :). Once we tee it up and discuss it, I will buy the door and you will have all the tools to cut the hole fit the dog door.
