Highlighted in pictures a small section of cornice that's damaged and would like replaced. If easier you can replace from the damaged area all the way to the corner. - install cat door in new internal door - remove old internal door - install new internal door using hardware from old door. I have the new door (from Bunnings) and the cat door. Hardware should be fine to reuse, but I need someone who has the skills (and equipment) to cut the hole in the door in which to install the cat door, and to cut/chisel the bits that need to be cut/chiseled to install the hardware in the flat canvas of the door. I'm told that doors do sometimes need to be slightly shaved down for best fit, so that may also be required.
