Need a handyman today or tommorow with own ladder and drill to mount security camera bracket in brick wall under canopy

We have a concrete path at the front land side of our house that we want to pretty up with a coat of paint. Before we do that, we are needing a couple of section that have cracks or raises to be fixed. Photos will hopefully show it well.

I have a dog door that needs to be installed into to a standard 40mm thick pine duracoat external door. I would do myself but our reciprocating saw is damaged and I am time poor so opting to outsource. I have marked out cut lines. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 3 July 2023
