Have a water spot that has appeared on the ceiling. After a roofer who is able to jump into the ceiling and find the source of it and fix it. Painter reckons it's a roof tile that has slipped or something - i'm not sure. The 3rd photo is along a window frame where in heavy rain it drips through - I believe it is also roof related so if this can be fixed that would be great! My working hours move around a fair bit so I'm pretty flexible NB: Must have experience / know what they're doing - I'm not after someone who can "give it a go"

To inspect the mailbox to see if it can be placed upright to avoid falling to the ground as it was hit by a car
