A local handy man near Midland WA to come for two handyman jobs: 1) kitchen sink mounting popped up and led to water leaking through the gap- need remounting or silicon to seal the gap in between sink and stone bench ( see photos no 2 & 4) NO PLUMBING WORKS INVOLVED 2) gate latches broken (partial see photos 3 & 5) - seemed that wind was strong to force the gate shut in force There is rough old cutting hole needed to be also modified - two pieces of plywood or suitable exterior timber on both sides of holes to block the hole ( only use key to open from outside). The purpose for this is to prevent cuts using this existing hole . Furthermore, a heavy duty latches to be installed both side of the door to support the lock to be blown and forced shutting to cause similar damage. This means that the gate is to be closed either driving in or out with latches locked in to the ground to support the gate (see illustration photo) . For the best outcome - a small piece of concrete slab (500 x 300 x 100 thickness) should be poured for inground hole The amount is for quotation and communication purpose only Location: Ferguson St Midland WA (PERTH) Must have adequate tools to - Cut timber / plywood into sizes; - securing Timbers on metal gate ( both sides) - refit lock parts - fit two heavy duty latches - pour a small concrete slab - drill two hole into concrete slab for latches - remounting the sink and applying silicone to seal

END OF LEASE REPAIRS: Cornices need patching and painting. Floor boards need replacing Rusty shower caddy needs to be removed and tiles most likely would need replacing once it's removed. It will cause damage. There might be a few additional things that I cannot think of roght now, but these are the major ones. It doesn't have to be all at once, i would prefer little by little, as that is more manageable for my budget. Might need new doors in the bedroom and shoppers entry.
