I’m looking at installing a media wall in our townhouse lounge room so there is a cutout in the wall large enough to accommodate TV PowerPoints and AppleTv etc. Media Wall is roughly 4.3m long x 2.4 high. Existing wall is ~30mm steel studs mounted to townhouse concrete firewall. New wall framing to be mounted ontop of existing. Floor is a bit of a mix; concrete slab, then tile, then selfleveller then recent laminate floorboards. Only looking for carpenter to install studs and plywood noggin behind cutout.

I have a small chip on my wall and I need it repaired as I am leaving the property.

The main job is plaster repair of the wall in the photo. We hung a heavy wall mounted cabinet off the wall and to do it removed the plasterboard in a neat rectangle with a sharp blade and then screwed in some hardwood. The hardwood shown does NOT sit proud. It sits recessed by a few mm. So possibly it can be plastered directly over. You can get a sense for the size of it from the Air Con above it. That is a small aircon unit for a small bedroom. Beyond this there is a small plaster repair near the architrave of a window and there are about 20 screw holes around the house, which will be marked with blue tape, from paintings we had hanging that have now been removed. We can provide access to the house almost any time between now and the end of the weekend. I imagine for an experienced plasterer it would not take more than 30 minutes. We need the finish to be flush/sanded and ready to paint. You are not painting. We need it done by the end of the weekend ideally. I'll take offers for the next 2-3 hours until around lunchtime Saturday and then try to lock it in. Please let me know your plastering/drywall experience. Thanks. Any questions please ask.

Need handyman to gurney walkway and do some ground level painting and odd chores. You must have your own gurney and experience painting. Gurney and broom scrub walkway Sat arvo. Then might roll on some paver paint Sunday when no one there. Easy access and will base it on $40 hour. Walkway is in front of sheds in photo.

Install a white glass whiteboard to batten wall The whiteboard has fixings but I’m not sure how to hang it to wall. The wall is wooden batten.
