Find an experienced handyman in Moffat Beach

I am looking for a reliable handyman who can complete 2-3 hours of work every month, please. E.g. fixing our side gate, hanging pictures and hooks, cleaning gutters, loading the pool cleaner, trim branches etc.

The hinge has rusted through and broken. I'm unsure if just the hinge can be replaced... so it's either that or a whole new toilet seat I need

I am looking to get a dog door installed into an exterior brick wall on level 1 of a 2 storey property. I have the dog door and an easily accessible spot, but not experienced in cutting through the brick wall and installing. I do also have a much easier 2nd dog door to install into a wooden back door of the house; but the more difficult one I need done is in the brick wall. Ideally I’d love to get this done as soon as possible.

I need a handyman for a few hours to help with odd jobs around the house. Pay negotiable.
