One of our bedroom doors won’t close properly because of new carpet in the hallway. We need someone to take the door off the hinges and shorten the bottom of the door so it will shut. It’s a wooden door on regular hinges. You’ll need to bring all of your own equipment and I’d like it done on the spot please.

We have some sections of our pine log retaining wall that have dislodged after seasons of drought and heavy rain. We’re looking for a short-term fix to restore these sections – adjusting existing logs/poles back into place, or using new 100mm logs where existing ones are too damaged/weathered. We can cover the cost of any new logs.

My puppy chewed the edge of the laminex on the kitchen lower cupboard at floor level.

3 new internal doors to be hinged up and placed into existing door jambs. Handles to be put in also. The doors are hollow core and are the correct size. The old doors are removed. I am accepting hourly rates as I potentially have some other odd jobs to do. Little things, nothing grand. Please consider this in your quotation.
