Reattach loose hinges on cupboard door

Small locker door within the gym has come off one hinge, its still attached by the second hinge at the bottom, in need of someone to fix the hinge at the top of the door

Replace a section downpipe only about 40 cms long with a new PVC section. The downpipe is 100 x 75. See attached photo.

Hang a 25kg large rectangular mirror on a gyprock/plasterboard wall in our formal lounge. The mirror will go on the wall where the existing paintings/pictures currently are in the photo. Installer to supply appropriate hooks for mounting mirror. I am available and able to assist installer.
