I am after someone to help install these tiles however I can order on-line but i dont know exactly how many i need (which would include the edging and corners) They also need to be cut to fit around surrounds i cant move (fence feet and hut) i would like them to go to the waters edge (over the coping pavers) as well as the path as shown. So theyd need an aluminium edg at the waters edge. Im hoping to find someone who knows this type of flooring pls. Its said to be super easy it just clicks in and my partner and i can help as well but I just dont know how much i need to order and probably wont be neat when cutting it. Thanks

I need this done asap as I have water damage from holes in the shower frame going into the wall. Removal of old silicone build up to frame and walls, resilicone walls and frame onto floor, put new silicone in. The silicone is built up and I reckon it needs to be all removed and redone, I have some brush on water proofer to put on once the silicone is done. This might lead into some other tasks

1. Fix a couple of loose tiles in bathroom 2. Fix deteriorating grout in bathroom 3. Seal all control joints with polyurethane caulking 4. Replace one concrete roof tile that is cracked through centre. 5. Seal edges of a few roof tiles with cracked edges 6. Paint along top of bathroom and ensuite door

I put this job on hold in order to put a hole in the (already damaged) ceiling after recent rains to make sure it was not still taking on water. (See additional photos) I believe it is dry, so the external roof was repaired as reported last year. It is just a garage (with no through access to the house) so I don’t think the painting part of this job is important, it’s not like it is inside the house itself. Happy for it to be replaced/repaired and made ready for painting in the future. <original posting> Water was getting in via a cracked tile, which was fixed at the beginning of 2023. Need the ceiling repaired where the water did some damage.

Recently resurfaced bathroom, need new towel rail and bath spout installed (I have both). TOWEL RAIL The towel rail is the same length as previous however it is fixed with two screws so the holes don’t line up - see photo. BATH SPOUT The pipe is too long for the bath spout we chose and needs to be cut back for the bath spout to fit neatly - see photo. Looking for someone with all the necessary equipment and knowledge.
