I want to replace the door lock , the new lock is samsung smart door lock shp-r80 , it is bigger and requires a hole in different place , I need someone with proper tools to make it happend , door is timber. I don't want DIY sorta work , so if you don't have property tools to make a clean hope and put the facing inside the door in a clean matter do not put an offer . If it is required filling the existing hole I will take care of that.

Wardrobe front is broken. It needs to get fixed

Purchased 4 door handles from Bunnings that don’t work properly. The levers have to be pulled up instead of pushed down to open, 2 of our doors can’t be locked or closed properly - they keep jamming and this gets worse when it rains and the wood swells slightly. The handyman who installed them did a bad job of matching the paint around the new door handles to the door and that paint is starting to peel off around one of them and you can tell it’s a different finish - very glossy as opposed to semi gloss ( I believe) in finish. We need advice to ensure the next door handle we purchase won’t give us issues and goes with the aesthetic of the house, then we require installation paint match and to ensure we can lock open and close the doors without any jamming and being able to easily unlock a door particularly the bathroom door. We need x 4 door handles installed. Thanks
