The door hinge is loose/broken, and unfortunately, the wood that holds it together is also damaged. It looks like I'll need the door frame fixed and hinges reattached, among other things. We just bought a house with a garden shed 4.5x3.5 on a concrete slab. Shed looks ok, but needs bit of TLC, roof bracket and maybe new support, bit of riverts, sealing few gaps with silicon etc. It's flexible and can be done anytime suits.
