I have a hole that goes all the way through one bedroom door. I would like it fixed but the door might need replacing

Remove old fan and replace with new fan (ceiling). Fan has remote control and light fixture.

We have a double sliding door which doesn’t slide open and closed. We also have a bedroom hinge door that won’t stay closed.

I need someone to fix my 360 One Touch DVD/CD Storage drawer (portable, about the length of a steering wheel and height of the gearshift (i dont have a measuring tape im sorry)). It's push to open and wont stay shut, i think theres a spring mechanism that makes it pop out, but it just keep springing back out.

We purchased a house recently and it has a bathtub in the back garden full of dirt and a couple of plants. We want to get rid of it, but it has a metal pipe coming out the bottom which goes into a cement slab. We want the bath, pipe and slab gone, but we don’t know who does this sort of work. We’d like it taken away too. A complicating factor is that the bathtub is next to the back fence and there is a sewer line on our neighbour’s property along the same fence line. We want to get the whole job done by one person, including disposal.
