Find an experienced handyman in Newmarket

I need a handy man to simply hang a clock on my wall, I could probably do it myself but would rather someone who knows what they are doing lol.

Our Schlage encode smart front door lock has stopped working and connecting to my phone for the set up process. I have restored the lock to factory settings and the lock is still mostly non responsive after working perfectly for over 2 years. I need help fixing / reconnecting the lock as I must be doing something wrong.

Petrol pressure wash won’t start, has been out in the weather so might have water in the oil and fuel. But needs a service

Slider top is broken on one zipper so cannot add a pull. Need a new slider and pull Slider loose on the other zipper, so doesn't pull the chain together to close the zip. Needs a new slider and pull

Bathroom sliding door needs fixing. It drags along the floor, doesnt close. Believe it's an issue with the door is not level on the rail but not 100% sure.

We need someone to pressure hose and clean these areas 1. Driveway and brick walls on both sides 2. Breeze block in backyard 3. Concrete render walls on back of house 4. Mixed rock concrete wall

I need my bathtub recoated? Maybe also sanded first? Seems the previous owner has put some kind of subpar coating on it which absorbed stains and now is flaking. (And didn’t look good either). Need it either scraped/sanded off and recoated or coated over with some kind of warrantee that it won’t flake again please. House is only 10 years old. Bath is on first floor up 1 flight of stairs.
