We nudged a bollard in the car park of my unit block, it lifted up and damaged the concrete. It’s a 3 level basement and the bollard hit was on level 1. Potential need for pre stressed cables in the slap. Need the concrete cut, resurfaced, lines painted and bollard reinstalled. The bollard has been hit a few times but honestly is fine to put back in. I’ll need an email or picture (for Airtasker) of the quote so I can send that to my body corporate committee. They just have to approve it. Would love a job done sooner rather than later, happy to chat you through it, even jump on a FaceTime to show you the project.

I had a roller blind fall down and I need to have reinstalled today. The side of the roller blind is a little frayed and has gotten caught in the track. When trying to roll it back down with the chain, I think it pulled on it too hard and made it come out.
