Various handyman bathroom jobs including fix broken towel railing back onto wall, fix broken shower soap rack back onto wall, re-seal shower silicon. Note the towel railing and soap rack will require new screws (old ones rusted).

Need two paintings hung up in my apartment. Building manager has said registered handyman has to do it

Remove 2x commercial undercounter fridges (not working, could be repaired), 1x heater (not working), 1x projector screen, 1x ladder (in good condition), 1x black wire frame, timber planks. Everything is collated in one spot ready for easy pick up close to the street / no stairs.

I need help in removing the cabinet doors including hinges. The screws are quite old. I’ve been trying to remove them myself but getting a bit messy.

I have purchased a Flexi Storage Home Solutions 2400mm White Double Slot Wardrobe Starter Kit from Bunnings and need it to be assembled/fixed to the wall. I tried myself but couldn't figure out how to use the wall anchors and just ended up putting holes in the wall :(

I have two ceiling fans that seem to only go the one speed regardless if they are on Low, Medium or High, possible switch/controller or motor replacement. This is apparently a common issue with the fans in this apartment building. Also I have a pendant LED light in the kitchen that is not working, possibly transformer replacement.

Purchased 380cm curtain rod and sheer curtain. Looking to have this installed in the ceiling recess before the back window, this area is 270cm high so a ladder would be required. The space is 300cm, so cutting of the rod would be required for fitting. The rod would need to be drilling into this ceiling section which looks to be either metal or concrete. Photo attached of required tools for installation.

We need 9 square wall panels to be removed from one wall & rehung on a different wall. Own tools required (drill, leveller). Don’t have pictures of our current set up, but these are the panels we need removing and rehung!

I had a roller blind fall down and I need to have reinstalled today. The side of the roller blind is a little frayed and has gotten caught in the track. When trying to roll it back down with the chain, I think it pulled on it too hard and made it come out.
