A roller blind has fallen down when our tenant was putting the blind down. I’ve attached a photo of the blind before it fell down

I have a a ceiling rose moulding that needs to be attached to my ceiling. It’s 980 mm. It’s first to be glued and then 3 drywall screws inserted on a 45 degree angle to help secure it. (I have these things) We just need another pair of hands to help. I don’t think it will take longer than about 20-30 min.

Fit a small pet door onto the laundry door, it is a glass door at the moment, will need to be placed with a wooden one to fit the pet door in to save some cost.

We just need to rip up rubber tiles and a sled track that are glued to the ground. Might need a tile lifter machine.

Outside wooden gate lower bracket is rotten and needs replacement and painting. Indoors we have a door that needs the top to be planed so it can close. There is another door where wood has threaded so the screws won’t secure the hinge

Kitchen sink tap is leaking, this tap is a pull out tap, leak seems to be happening within the tap and dripping down below

We need a handyman to come and complete two small jobs that should only take approximately a total of 45 mins. We need our mounted television lowered. The tv and the bracket will need to be taken off, lowered approx. 30cm then reaffixed and tv mounted. We also require two small acrylic shelves installed as pictured.

Installation of, 3 to 5 components.

Curtain Rod Holder installation in middle of living room to make a separate space. As per the image. Number 1 and 2 will have curtain as a divider and number 3 & 4 will have another curtain as a divider. Just need to install the rod holder to the wall. - Due date: Flexible
