Our Gliderol garage door keeps opening straight after it closes. Nothing blocking it or on the tracks. Hoping someone can come out and fix it.

I have a couple of simple tasks that need doing, I just don't have the tools to do them. 1. Cut a cable hole in a desk 62mm in diameter as per the photo. 2. Cut out a rectangular section from 3 particleboard shelves. Sections are already marked up for cutting. I can't imagine it taking more than 30mins.

The external stair case wall is a solid wall and the texture of the render is as shown in the photos. It has been treated with waterproofing.The render to be patched above the front is a similar texture but is weather board. The paint for both will be provided.

Wooden bedframe needs to be secured. One side the wood has snapped and on the other side I think it needs to be screwed in, Just needs someone with some basic tools who is handy with fixing things. - Due date: Flexible

I need a TV (Samsung Wall Art TV) to be flush mounted on a wall as well as a artwork canvas to be hung. My client requires a quality finish so this needs an experienced hand. Pls bring own tools. Canvas is fairly light weight (150cm x 100cm).
