Drill a hole into 4 door handles to enable cupboard to be padlocked. So thats 4 handles. Handles are metal, probably aluminium

I have a couple of simple tasks that need doing, I just don't have the tools to do them. 1. Cut a cable hole in a desk 62mm in diameter as per the photo. 2. The external stair case wall is a solid wall and the texture of the render is as shown in the photos. It has been treated with waterproofing.The render to be patched above the front is a similar texture but is weather board. The paint for both will be provided.
