So looking at drilling a hole in the wall to pass the pipes and cables through and then securing that hole so that no insects/rodents can gain access to the commercial space we own next door. The hanging wires in the second bedroom need to be secured or covered.

Hi, we need to reshape the size of a window in our commercial shed. The Old louver window s you see on the photo already have been removed. Before we install new windows we need to resize the metal frame. is not structural wall so it can be easily adjusted.

Privacy and noise insulation are the reasons for replacing existing louvre doors that do not fit well. The job would need a remeasure. We are looking for someone to build an outdoor fireplace as an extension to our outdoor entertainment area. We are looking at an approx length of 3m With a height of 1.2m and depth of 0,7m We would like the build in breeze block with rebar support and the finish rendered with stack stone facade around the fire box. The firebox will be fire retardant brick finished with a stainless steel flu with cap. Currently we have no materials but would be happy to arrange this with the builder.
