Wall tile is loose and needs retiling

As you can see from the photos the bottom hinge has come sway from the wall. The top hinge is fixed in tight. The job would be as follows - remove glass shower door from existing hinges - unscrew top hinge from wall - inspect noggins around the bottom hinge - remove required tiles and plasterboard to expose area behind bottom hinge - install horizontal noggin for the bottom hinge to be fixed into - install plasterboard to cover exposed area - install tiles - rescrew top hinge -screw bottom hinge into new support - rescrew glass door into hinges You won’t need to buy any parts , i will organise all materials.

Replace some landing boards, dry rot in 4 x motifs and 20 + verticals, and any other dry rot while repairing. Assemble 1 filing cabinet which has 4 drawers. Replace missing bolts on pool fence and adjust as required.

. There is a circuit in the wall adjacent to where the charger will be located. I will provide the charger itself. It is internal, fixing to plasterboard and timber studs.

Replace tiles above a mirror that have come off

4 x toilet seat repairs, 1 to tighten, 2 x repair soft close, 1 to replace clip on stems. I door know replacement, 2 x door magentic catches at back to fix or replace.

A range of repairs and small jobs needed eg 2 internal doors hung, a small landing replace underneath support or rebuild, repair to existing timber window hoods (3), taps in kitchen and bathroom replaced (i have the taps), external door boarded up and 3 stair treads replaced.

Per door is broken and need to be replaced will provide photos of measurements of the current one. Supply and install into existing back door of house. Just need one similar size is perfectly fine, if you have to cut opening bigger that’s fine as well. *Something important to note is the section of the door that the pet door sits in is only 10mm thick* You’ll get a better picture from the photos. Need it done before Nov 14th, 15th at the latest as we are moving out.

Install Tin Pressed Ceilling in Bathroom. It's a small area. Experience with installation of tin pressed panels would be preferable. Thursday Afternoon, Friday install would be great.

Hi ! I need to fix a piece of the carpet of my bedroom. I put the iron without fault and I need to repair it

I'm looking for someone to fix my door handle. The latch is stuck in, likely due to the dry paint, which is holding the spring mechanism in. Hoping the handle can be taken apart and free the latch. The knob spring seems to be stuck as well which may have something to do with why the latch is stuck in the open position.

Door is surrounded by a wooden frame, which is inside a brick wall. Dimensions will be confirmed once I get home, but are roughly 2460w ~ 2300h. Please note project will start in 4-5 weeks.
