Job 1: I have a pergola on the ground floor that I want to have covered with a laser light type material, and also have it extended to the side wall of the property. The roof will need to be water tight where is edges on the house and the side wall and a slight incline for water run off. Job 2: The first level balcony has a small section of roof that is also open pergola that I want to have covered. It is a narrow strip of about 50cm wide running the length of the balcony to have covered. Probably in the same material but happy to get your thoughts on options. Job 3: Once the balcony is covered in, I would like an outside blind to be put up. I am after quotes, hence the 'budget' entered is a dummy amount of $123 Thanks so much Meg

Looking for a handyman to add new flyscreen mesh to 1 aluminum sliding door and 9 windows. All materials provided and ready to go. Would be great if you can also help re-install all windows back into place.

As you can see from the photos the bottom hinge has come sway from the wall. The top hinge is fixed in tight. The job would be as follows - remove glass shower door from existing hinges - unscrew top hinge from wall - inspect noggins around the bottom hinge - remove required tiles and plasterboard to expose area behind bottom hinge - install horizontal noggin for the bottom hinge to be fixed into - install plasterboard to cover exposed area - install tiles - rescrew top hinge -screw bottom hinge into new support - rescrew glass door into hinges You won’t need to buy any parts , i will organise all materials.

Need mesh on sliding screen doors replaced. Was dog sitting and they put holes in them. 2x doors need replacing.

Replace some landing boards, dry rot in 4 x motifs and 20 + verticals, and any other dry rot while repairing. Assemble 1 filing cabinet which has 4 drawers. Replace missing bolts on pool fence and adjust as required.

. There is a circuit in the wall adjacent to where the charger will be located. I will provide the charger itself. It is internal, fixing to plasterboard and timber studs.

I need qualified cabinetmaker only. No DIY or Kaboodle ideas thanks. I need new doors made custom & fitted. White overheads & pantry. High range laminate board with new style bonded edging. NO old school PVC edging. Next I need coloured 8 lower cab doors/drawers which can be a colour dark or light greys. Kicks to match. If u have leftover board from bigger job we can talk. Fairly new (3 years old) ceiling fan has stopped working. Its still getting power as it ticks when turned on. Just wanted to get it fixed. Assuming it's a fairly quick fix
