4 x toilet seat repairs, 1 to tighten, 2 x repair soft close, 1 to replace clip on stems. I door know replacement, 2 x door magentic catches at back to fix or replace.

Install two retractable blinds into aluminium pergola. Process: 1. Install centre post, bolted to concrete slab and existing aluminium box beam. 2. Install 2 x blind boxes and guide rails. Guide rails are secured using screws into columns. Install requires 2 people as minimum to install with experience in precision engineering installations.

Tiler had to remove door. Quick job. Shave 6-8mm & rehang. Hinges still on door.

Looking for a handyman to re-hang the door pictured below ASAP, available any time today. Door has been getting sticker over the last few weeks now can't close. Hinges look to be in good shape.

I have two paintings that need to be hung. One painting (red) already has the hooks and screws on it and just to be hung in living room .(See picture ) The second painting will need hooks like the red painting(tradesperson to supply sorry I don’t have ), screwed in then hung in stairwell void. Ladder needed. There is also 4 large garage storage hooks to be drilled in. These are for heavy objects and will need to go into the studs and will need strong screws.

Per door is broken and need to be replaced will provide photos of measurements of the current one. Supply and install into existing back door of house. Just need one similar size is perfectly fine, if you have to cut opening bigger that’s fine as well. *Something important to note is the section of the door that the pet door sits in is only 10mm thick* You’ll get a better picture from the photos. Need it done before Nov 14th, 15th at the latest as we are moving out.

Fairly new (3 years old) ceiling fan has stopped working. Its still getting power as it ticks when turned on. Just wanted to get it fixed. Assuming it's a fairly quick fix
