I need someone to finish installing this pool/balcony glass fence as I injured myself halfway through. So I have drilled all the holes (except about 8 that hit rebar that I was going to come back to with a new drill bit. There’s roughly 30 spigots and 15 pieces of glass @ 1200 long So essentially just need to clean out the holes, install the threaded bars and squish in the Chemset, then place and align the glass. The hard work is done so probably under a days work left to complete. All materials and tools provided. Thanks 🤙🏽

Scotia (or some type of skirting) has come off the walls and has been broken also someone cut the Scotia. Needs some repair. Wanting to use matching Scotia of course. I think it's just about 3 meters. Please not the task is to match the Scotia as well as install. Thanks!!

Do you have experience with maintaining water features? You must know how to properly clean stone/cement base and the circular feature. You must know how to apply the correct sealer on cement and the correct silicone around glass. There is a time delay in between sealer coatings. There is a minor small crack on the cement base. The stone/granite bench near the feature needs to be cleaned and sealed with a stone sealant.

Bathroom ceiling fan fell out. I have a step ladder but I’m too short (165cm) to get the clips positioned to hold it in the drywall. Basically I just need someone to put it back in the ceiling and make sure the clips are positioned properly to stop it from falling back down again. You would need a torch.
