Do you have experience with maintaining water features? You must know how to properly clean stone/cement base and the circular feature. You must know how to apply the correct sealer on cement and the correct silicone around glass. There is a time delay in between sealer coatings. There is a minor small crack on the cement base. The stone/granite bench near the feature needs to be cleaned and sealed with a stone sealant.

I have a custom sectional garage door that needs to be installed in my house. It’s very big, 5.5m long by 3.5m high roughly. It comes with absolutely everything. I also have the install manuals etc.

Hi i need several things hung on the walls in my house in various locations. Full list below but i also need you to supply all tools required for the job, as well as any fittings/nails required to hang. 9 x large photo frames 5 x large canvas pictures (one set) 1 x large mirror (200cm x 100cm) I had a previous ad up yesterday but wasnt specific enough so i will delete it :)

Bathroom ceiling fan fell out. I have a step ladder but I’m too short (165cm) to get the clips positioned to hold it in the drywall. Basically I just need someone to put it back in the ceiling and make sure the clips are positioned properly to stop it from falling back down again. You would need a torch.

Bought a lockbox. Need it installed. Will need to provide own tools ( as I have none).

I’ve hit a low hanging beam and knocked the rear spoiler of my Kia Sportage. It just need to be refitted. I would think some washers to hold the bolts down. It doesn’t need to be perfect just enough to fix it down. Need it done by tomorrow morning evening. Also some polishing on scuffed plastic - Due date: Before Saturday, 23 December 2023
