Clear gutters of debris where required. Clean all worked areas.

Hopefully a simple job for a handyman. Internal ensuite door does not stay fully open and will slowly swing partly closed. The handle is also getting 'sticky' when in use and the lock doesn't appear to work. Have tried some silicone spray on the hinges. Walk in robe door operates as normal but makes a 'clunking' noise.
