6 White tiles needs to be replaced - the have had fittings like towel rails removed and have small holes etc we have the spare tiles.

Just had doors painted and purchased new handles - small adjustments will be needed as slightly different to ones removed but they are a close fit the square silver one has been taken off already and wanting new ones in box installed

Fit flyscreen into sliding door My nephew ran into the screen sliding door and the flyscreen pulled out. Need new screen replaced and secured by the rubber rope around edges. Just one screen door. Thanks

Move existing lock up on door. Remove lock and plug hole with spac filler Drill new hole in door and frame line the other. Install existing lock and handle.

About 6 pieces of artwork, a clock, some hooks behind a couple of doors. Also hang one large heavy, timber framed mirror. Supply hooks.

Adjust fire door latch & sweep to be lighter to open. Our apartment front door is a fire door with a tight heavy open and too fast shut pull. After surgery I’m unable to open the front door because it’s too heavy. Just need the latch system adjusted to make it lighter to open and slower to close. You just have experience doing this and own tools.

5 Bentwood chairs need wicker replaced. Supply and install wicker in same or similar style to the original. 2 just need minor repair. 3 need entire wicker replaced. Looking for experienced furniture repairer. Appreciate your love of antiques. More work repairing minor issues of other antiques if you want it. Thank you

Current painting screws in wall are set too far apart for new artwork. Need them removed and covered. Then new holes made to hang artwork. Ideally, would love someone with attention to detail to make it is all level and art hung at the right height
