I have bought a retractable clothes line. I just need someone to install in on the brick wall in images and the hook on the other side. Will need to be drilled and screwed in. I have all the drill bits, screws and plugs needed. Just need someone with a impact drill for brick walls.

I need a 30cm rod if Scotia secured to my kitchen island and a floating shelf in my laundry fixed (I tried to install but there were no studs and it’s a little droopy)

I think there might be 13 in total. My apartment has drywall. I have 3M Claw hangers for most all of them. Some are quite small. Only one is rather large. None are super heavy.

Hi, I have some lengths of blackbutt, 35 mm thick which i need cut to size and installed as floating shelves in kitchen and laundry toilet. Toilet needs one shelf cut to 88.5 cm, kitchen cabinet needs 2 x shelves cut to 59.5 cm and above kitchen sink needs 2 x 80 cm. Job will require supply of floating brackets etc, timber is supplied. Studs are already located for above kitchen sink, toilet shelf requires stud location.

Switch the swing of a closet door from in to outwards. It is an interior closet door.

Need a broken tile replaced and the one that came loose repaired

I have painted internally throughout but am unable to access the walls and window frames in the stairwell and upstairs landing due to height and access issues. I require an experienced and efficient painter to finish the job using suitable equipment e.g. ladders or mini scaffold. Height of top of window frame from floor on top landing is approx. 4 m. Painting of ceilings not required. Cost of paints covered separately as agreed.

Move my 2.35m x 2.35m garden shed onto another concrete slab which is 2.4m x 2.4m. As per the photo, the new slab is 1 or 2 meters away from the original location. Please bring all necessary tools and bolts incase the old ones cannot be salvaged. Note the new slab is 2.4m x 2.3m of concrete. There is an extra timber frame around it to make it 2.5m x 2.4m. I suspect one side of the shed will need to be bolted down onto the timber, the rest bolted on the concrete. - Due date: Flexible
