I bought a Polypropylene valve box from Bunnings to fit over my retic controller. The problem is the pipe running off the retic controller prevents the valve box from being dug down into the garden so it sits flush. It's not a complicated job I don't think, I just need someone who knows how to cut a space in the valve box for the retic pipe to slide up, so I can push the box down. I can be home early any morning, after 515 every day (except Weds and Thurs) and I'm home all day Tuesday and Friday and part of Saturday and Sunday. Thanks heaps

There was a water leak under the kitchen sink that destroyed the chipboard shelves below. I have removed part of the middle shelf as it was coming apart. Looking for someone to remove the damaged shelves and replace them with new shelves. Open to suggestions regarding material. The two shelves are around 2000mm long and 540mm deep. The waste pipe goes through both shelves. I assume the shelves will need to be installed in sections to fit into the cupboard.

1) Install 2 outdoor ceiling fans where existing light bayonet points are. Ceiling fans are already purchased. 2) Install new light bayonet in between 2 ceiling fans. 3) Fix one halogen down light - possible problem with transformer as changing bulbs does not fix the problem. 4)Replace single light switch. Existing switch is a bit damaged and sticky. Standard Clipsal fitting.

Replace gutter and repair/repalce woodwork around gutter. It's approx 1.3 m in length. I am happy to cover labour and replacement parts, but you will have to source them and provide receipts.

It’s a restaurant seating area. 2.8m tall wall. 6x8 meters room. Walls had few things on them. We took them out so the surface is needs work. Sand the walls. Put putty to make it smooth. Two joins of the gyprock sheets need a bit work too. Please see pictures to get more idea. Please write when you can do this job

Bought this mirror didn’t come with the actual screws and didn’t come with anchor points. Going onto a brick wall. I purchased the screws in the picture but unsure if it’s the right one. Don’t want to do it and stuff it up. Looking to get the job done right the first time

Need someone to install 12 new doorknobs on standard house doors. 2 knobs are lockable (privacy) and the others are standard (passage). To replace latch on door frame

Please remove existing cornice and replace with a strip that runs the length of the wall, approx 3500mm. It has been previously repaired but is a very bad job. The original cornice was water damaged due to a broken roof tile. Room is getting painted next week, so paint is not required.

Fix blinds - Piece broke off that holds the blinds up on the window. Need a replacement piece + installation of blinds back on the wall Little bracket piece sits in the roller, drilled/screwed into the wall. Bracket is what’s broken Unsure of cost range - don’t know where to source this bracket etc. so quote accordingly for your materials and time

We have water pooling in one of our garden beds and I believe a sprinkler or pipe may need fixing
