Need to prepares some walls and relocate a tallboy ahead of furniture delivery. The walls have some very old screws and wall plugs which are hard to remove (screws are a mix of flat head and Phillips head and I think P2). The former owner has painted over some of the old screws.

The damage was caused by water leakage from the bath, which has been resolved by waterproofing with epoxy grout. Upon inspection, it appears that the steel door jambs have suffered damage from cement ingress. I'm unsure of the full extent of the damage or the best repair approach. Replacing the steel door jambs would be a significant undertaking, so I'm exploring repair options such as removing broken pieces of steel, filling and smoothing the surface with filler, then repainting.
