We’ve started installing a Patio Link Dog Door but need a bit of extra help to finish the job. The installation requires some metal cutting and drilling, which is beyond our tools/skill level. Looking for someone with the right experience and equipment to: • Cut metal where needed • Drill and secure the dog door properly • Ensure a neat and secure fit We have the door and most of the installation done—just need a hand with the tricky bits. Requiring several jobs to be completed around home. 1. Fixing of inside door latch (handle has been replaced but latch is missing. See photos 2. Replacement of simple door handle in bathroom (no lock required, new door handle has been purchased) 3. Taking down a hanging planter from outside patio (ladder required). Otherwise straightforward task, not heavy 4. Removal of wall hanger sticker from inside wall (ladder required). Sticker just peels off. 5. Pressure hose outside decking. Small area 3x4m. The decking is in good condition, no major marks or soiled areas. Eko deck so need to use a fan spray nozzle, no greater than 2000psi and maintain a minimum of 30cm from the decking boards to avoid damage

1. I outdoor gate needs some of the wooden slats shaved off at the end. 2. Another outdoor gate needs a new bolt for shutting gate installed or the original re installed. 3. The ceiling of her carport needs a piece of wood nailed or stuck back into place. Thank you.

Install 2 x Spec rite panels to wall & 2 x to ceiling. Room has concrete walls and ceiling (old bank safe). Needs to be cut, glued & drilled/ screwed. I have glue & screws needed. I need this done ASAP & done to a professional standard.

4 Spec right 2700 x 600 panels to be fixed to concrete. 2 on ceiling, 2 on Wall I have screws, glue, everything you need. I can help. Hole has been cut in 1 panel to install around light, 1 more needs to be done. I need an expert job with seemless finish.

Small task, Need 4 screws put into a wall, you supply 4 downlights swapped, I supply Two Shade pendants replaced above table, I have the shades, just need lightbulbs unscrewed to put new ones on. Would like this done asap, someone local to Palmyra best suited

Assist me with handyman work Wednesday morning starting around 9am. Tighten door handles, remove/buy/replace light bulbs, yard tidying. Tools provided, or bring your own. At least 4 hours work. I put $200 on the ad but rate is negotiable

The door handle has come off the door and needs to be put back on and the toilet lid has come off and needs to be put back on

I’d really rather not replace the whole door, is this able to be patched?

Kitchen door needs to be attached, I have new hinges it doesn’t seem to fit against the other kitchen door. And kitchen drawer needs to be attached as it’s come apart

The hinge on the kitchen cabinet has fallen out. The screw hole has stretched and needs to be fixed. Hinge screwed back. See photo.
