1. Remove old toilet from bathroom, Replace existing toilet suite with a new one ( back to wall style if this is possible due to the waste pipe exisitng from the side. Ceramic cistern. 2. Replace dated bath/ shower screen panel with new clear one. This isnt a full size but a small one sitting on edge of bath approx ( 600mmx 1400mm) 3. Revove rusted laundrey trough (in courtyard) and replace with new. 4.Tighten all loose kitchen cupboard handles. Some are off and need to be re-attached.May replace all handles subject to cost with a newer modern handles. 5.Replace flywire front security door. 6.Check rollers on glass sliding door to courtyard. Adjust or replace if necessary. Clean track lube 7.Pressure clean rear courtyard pavers (approx 15m2 area) pressure clean front path leading to entrance from common driveway (approx 5m2) 8. Clean up front and rear areas from fallen palm material and coconuts. Plue one fallen skiny plam tree. which will need to be cut up into smaller sizes. Tidy up and make presentable. Palms can be placed in the trailer which is located at the fron of the driveway. No tip run is required. 9. Re-attach a fallen timber fence rail in rear courtyard. (screws onto a steel post) - Due date: Before Friday, 11th Feb 2022
