Fix 3-4 fly screens in pearl beach

We need some fly screens replaced ie built with new ones (3 small windows) some curtains hung x3 and mirrors hung x2. Not even a few hours work.

Just need someone to drill in three sets of basic curtain brackets into the wall.

I have 1 x 1800mm wide, 2100mm drop to be installed and if possible shortened as the window is 1800mm x 1800mm. The other is 1800mm wide also, not sure of the drop. I installed it myself and it fell down so I need it to be put back up and made secure and possibly shortened. The third item is and extendable curtain rail 2200mm-3300mm that just needs to be put together and installed. - Due date: Flexible

I am about to finish a renovation but a few tasks left. I need one handyman to help me for a few days for a daily rate. I still have some of the builder's tools there but better to have your own. At the end of the day, we will stop at a storage and I need a hand loading a few pieces of items to my car to empty a storage at Woy Woy. I am not sure exactly how many days I will need help but I am guessing 3. Tasks include, a few furniture repairs, paint, setting up furniture, hanging paintings, repairing the fallen wood pieces on the driveway, hanging TV... Some tasks might require creativity. Meet at Pearl Beach at 10 AM and finish at 5PM. I am flexible with the days but have to finish the job within a week. There are a few more tasks you can help me with if you are local at central coast. I will also need a gardener to prune and cut some trees, cleaners to clean after we finish. - Due date: Flexible

We’ve just had carpet installed and the carpet layer removed the door. It needs to be shaved a bit at the bottom to account for the height of the carpet and rehung. Hallway door upstairs needs a new handle put on but this is a less urgent task. - Due date: Before Friday, 9 December 2022

Need a large dog door with flap, installed through both entry door (timber and glass) and a door with metal screen. Doors are back to back. - Due date: Flexible

65 inch tv had previously been mounted using a swinging arm mount, it’s a gyprock wall and the two top screws were placed into the stud while the lower straight into the plasterboard. The gyprock has cracked and we need it done in a more secure way. Needs to be done asap as it’s a safety hazard with our toddler crawling around. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 31st Jan 2022

Restring Hills hoist washing line

Install suppled cornices (total length 3950 * 2 and 2150 * 2) on foyer ceiling. Cut six holes in ceiling for downlights. Sand ceiling, undercoat and paint two coats (handyman to supply undercoat and final white ceiling paint).

We have just had new carpet installed. Bedroom door needs to be shorten to fit over carpet and rehung on door frame.
