I have hisense 40 inch tv. Its screen appears to be fine but when i turn it on it has lines and a crack appearing on top left.

My shower door has not been closing recently. I inspected it and noticed that it’s slanting slightly (preventing it from closing properly). I took it apart (thinking it’s a simple fix like a slanting door) and realised that the joints are rusty and seem to be glued in place. I need someone to come around and help resolve this. The job may require new joints, please specific if your quote includes this. The shower door is now removed (as mentioned above) as part of my inspection.

Shower screen drainage has leakage and I realised this when floor near to the bathroom wall gets wet. To fix this issue I applied silicon around the drainage, after this leakage is fixed but the with time silicon around drainage becomes dirty and doesn't looks good. I need to get this fix either by changing the floor of the shower screen,only drainage or as per best advice. I asked my handyman and he said tiles on the wall is attached with shower screen floor so automatically tiles will come out if someone try to change the floor. I have attached the picture of shower screen and the floor next to the bathroom wall which had an effect of this leakage but now with silicon its been fixed.

Mortise/strike plate and frame need to be replaced. Door hinges to be repaired/refixed. I have the wood frame, just need a new strike plate.

There is a gap in the corner of the wall. It's supposed to be due to fungal degradation. This gap needs to be eliminated (otherwise Roches or mouse can come in)

Need to install Door Bottom Seal in 3 standard timber doors. Might need to cut the bottom seal to size. 2 of the doors (except garage door) already has it. Needs replacement. Raven 920mm Clear Anodised RP3 Door Bottom Seal Bunnings product.
