Find an experienced handyman in Quakers Hill

The flyscreen needs to be repaired or replaced and put back on the door. I have repair patches but I'm not sure if they will be sufficient. The screen door seems to slide ok but keeps falling off, so I'm not sure what needs to be done to fix it

Repairing a vertical blind for a sliding door. The blind is not moving.

Remove old mouldy silicone and recaulk. I will supply silicone. Around bathroom shower base tray, around vanity sink, taps, and sink edge, around kitchen sink. 1-2hrs work. Person has to have proven experience with showers, caulking etc. Shower space a bit tight to work within so might not fit all.

Wardrobe shelves were removed due to floor installation it needs to be fixed to the all railings again - 3 rooms

One of the gates on the side of the house was unscrewed from the wall. 1. It needs to be re-attached or screwed back into its original position. 2. The lock on the gate doesn’t work. Either fix the existing lock or attach a new lock. 3. Ensure the gate opens and closes properly. If gate width is too big to fit between wall and fence, please suggest or implement alternate solution. Thank you.

Shower screen drainage has leakage and I realised this when floor near to the bathroom wall gets wet. To fix this issue I applied silicon around the drainage, after this leakage is fixed but the with time silicon around drainage becomes dirty and doesn't looks good. I need to get this fix either by changing the floor of the shower screen,only drainage or as per best advice. I asked my handyman and he said tiles on the wall is attached with shower screen floor so automatically tiles will come out if someone try to change the floor. I have attached the picture of shower screen and the floor next to the bathroom wall which had an effect of this leakage but now with silicon its been fixed.

I am looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to attach a board to a wall in my home. The board is of medium size and needs to be securely mounted to ensure it stays in place. Mortise/strike plate and frame need to be replaced. Door hinges to be repaired/refixed. I have the wood frame, just need a new strike plate.
