Our in-built microwave is malfunctioning and beeping all day and night. At the very least we would like someone to disconnect it so it doesn't beep - we can't access the power plug because it is hidden somewhere in the back. You will need a small star shaped screwdriver to be able to remove it - see pic attached. We are getting an error code that used to occur only when we steamed food on the nearby cooktop, but which is now pretty much permanent.

A few jobs around the house: 1) install towel rail in bathroom. The cabinet itself is pre-assembled, it just needs to have the hooks installed on the back of the cabinet and then hung and secured on the door. Might need some additional reinforcement/screws that don’t come in the package. Size approx. 400mm x 1200mm. Easy, level access from both inside and outside, screen size approx 300 x 1200mm. I took it off to clean the window and can’t get it back on.

There are two tiles missing from behind the toilet where a plumbers tool went astray on the other side of the wall. The plumber has plugged the hole in the wall but I still need someone to replace the broken tiles. It's behind the toilet so, whilst a perfect match would be nice, it's certainly not like anyone is going to notice if it is not. If it's not glaringly obvious 'close enough' will do. I don't have the tiles. Should only need two. They are bathroom white wall tiles around about 200mm x 105mm see the photo as I'm not sure why the not-so-round numbers is just my bad measurements and I've measured the grouting as well: so it may indeed be 200x100mm as you'd expect. The original. tiles probably date from the 1970's. One corner of one tile has a tap which, after slipping the tile in under the flange, it may, or may not, encroach on the very corner requiring a tiny cut. One half of one tile is still on the wall, so that will need to be removed. I'll be seeking reimbursement from a third party so any request for supplemental cash when onsite will be respectfully declined.

We are finishing a bathroom renovation and need a carpenter to re-build a timber frame ceiling for a small bathroom (<4 SQM)and adjoining entrance area (an even smaller size) ahead of gyprocking. We also need the old door to be refit which needs to be cut down and modified.
