There are two tiles missing from behind the toilet where a plumbers tool went astray on the other side of the wall. The plumber has plugged the hole in the wall but I still need someone to replace the broken tiles. It's behind the toilet so, whilst a perfect match would be nice, it's certainly not like anyone is going to notice if it is not. If it's not glaringly obvious 'close enough' will do. I don't have the tiles. Should only need two. They are bathroom white wall tiles around about 200mm x 105mm see the photo as I'm not sure why the not-so-round numbers is just my bad measurements and I've measured the grouting as well: so it may indeed be 200x100mm as you'd expect. The original. tiles probably date from the 1970's. One corner of one tile has a tap which, after slipping the tile in under the flange, it may, or may not, encroach on the very corner requiring a tiny cut. One half of one tile is still on the wall, so that will need to be removed. I'll be seeking reimbursement from a third party so any request for supplemental cash when onsite will be respectfully declined.

Roller blind in kids bedroom snapped twice and chain broke (almost feels too heavy and doesn’t scroll well. It also came off the wall. It’s mounted above a bunk bed and between 2 walls (the room is small) so I would need someone agile. In summary I need to roller blind secured and the chain fixed.

Bathroom door needs trimming so it will fit. Recent bathroom reno means the tiles are slightly higher than the old floor. Approx 5mm to be trimmed off the base.
