But much quicker helping someone who has done these before. Have double checked. All parts there. Roof will be a little tricky. See photos for installation location. But I've measured twice. Definitely possible. Please let me know price.

A couple of small jobs needed around the kitchen and bathroom

There might be some structure damage to it as the hole is created when i tried to wipe off the mold on the ceilings. p.s if you can also help me remove the cobwebs that are out of reach in the corner of my house, that would be great too.

1. There's small hole on the ceiling. Since there was a mould on it previously, the structure around it is most likely very weak and soft now due to the dampness.

My dog has chewed up part of the window frame, wanting someone to fix (presuming sand it back, bog it up and touch up paint it for me) and also patch the small bit of damage to the gyprock that you see under the window also.

Water damaged chipboard needs replacement. Hinge on pantry door needs to also be repaired
