Find an experienced handyman in Red Hill ACT

I have partially installed a Swedish ladder but having a challenging securing it to the wall - needs some additional skill.

Three of the four reclining mechanisms in our lounge suite have failed, I think due to broken wires. I seek replacement / repair please.

Crack is probably 30cm by 20 cm.

Some rotting of fascia boards at corners (x4) of my gently sloping roof line need filling and covering with a corner plate in steel

Ladder required. 2-3 hooks have come off tract.

Fix a hole in the wall, fix door stoppers and fix door handles and locks. The hole in the wall is small and caused by the door handle constantly banging into the wall due to absence of door stoppers. I need to reposition 3 steadyrack bike racks and also hang 3 hooks on a rendered concrete wall (inside, garage). Total 18 holes needed. Some of the holes need a 4mm masonry drill bit, the other holes are 8mm. The bike racks have been removed and the new positions have been roughly marked out. There broken tiles in the picture need to be replaced ( I have the tiles) as shown in picture and gable end mortar point need to be touch up as shown in second picture. These are the pictures the inspector shows me but he asked to check all the tiles and gable end mortar see if there are any extra he didn't find. I will pay another $200 if you there are more. Job located in Red Hill, I am also happy to pay extra $250 to clean the gutters. need to be done ASAP.
