I have leaned on my kitchen cabinet door and the bottom hinge was pulled out of the chipwood cabinet wall. The hinge is fine but the chipwood where the screws are fixed to has been damaged meaning I can’t screw them back in. Top hinge is fine. Hopefully the pictures clarify further 🙂. Price is negotiable, not exactly sure what’s fair.

Boards are borer damaged in front bedroom and at least one board is cracking and may need replacing. The house is on poles so access to assess the floor from under the house is possible.
