Please fix my dodgy DIY attempt! The letterbox needs to go at the end of this low wall. I tried putting in a small concrete slab but it's not level and there's not enough contact with the base of the letterbox for a secure bond. I need the letter box securely installed please. Bonus points if you can cut a capping tile to size for the adjacent block.

Our custom made front gate made out of treated pine is dragging as it’s too heavy for the small hinges on the supporting post. Unfortunately the builder has left for Tassie, so looking for a skilled tradesperson to repair or offer a solution.

Need to make sure that all the electrical circuits are safe and waterproofed and above the ice bath away from the water as well as installing an ozone generator pump to clean the water. I have most of the materials and anything you don't need. I will cover but aren't sure how to do it myself. Possibly need an electrician or someone that's done this kind of thing before.

Our over excited dog has jumped out of the car knocking the car door into the garage wall a few times. This has left some small dints. I have leaned on my kitchen cabinet door and the bottom hinge was pulled out of the chipwood cabinet wall. The hinge is fine but the chipwood where the screws are fixed to has been damaged meaning I can’t screw them back in. Top hinge is fine. Hopefully the pictures clarify further 🙂. Price is negotiable, not exactly sure what’s fair.

Boards are borer damaged in front bedroom and at least one board is cracking and may need replacing. The house is on poles so access to assess the floor from under the house is possible. We live interstate and our granddaughter lives in the house . Extent of job unknown so budget entered is to fill the requirement only

1.25m wooden stair railing for outside steps has come apart, to please be repaired or if not replaced

We have a new casing window to replace an old one, it needs a shave down to accommodate for the hinges. I have included the old window in the last picture

The black material base of the chair has worn out at the top. I’m hoping it can be repaired, maybe by attaching a large canvas patch to help fasten it to the top bar of the frame.

Then install the new 1100mm x 850mm glass hinged corner shower screen with brass U channels and seal with white silicone. I have a broken drawer with a Blum system. My son opened the drawer and leaned on it, which seemed to have caused 2 screws coming out of their holes. The Blum drawer rail system is concealed, so I cannot figure out how to run new screws.

House is 100 years old. At some point dirt has been piled against the house. There is one area of water damage - dry rot to the ground level chamfer and rot to a section of the bottom plate (probably 1.5 metres). The flashing under the bottom plate has also rusted and needs replacement. A very solid house otherwise - there is no sagging of the floor or walls despite rotted bottom plate. Will need replacement of the rotted section of the bottom plate (around 1.5 metres), flashing, and fully primed chamfer board in 2 sections. There is another part of the same two chamfers on the same wall that has been cut out to fit downpipe work which is obselete and needs replacement. Not sure what the lengths of chamfer will need to be to be fixed to the studs but would estimate not more than 6 metres of chamfer (cut for 3 replacement lengths).
