Need retaining wall repaired. Need materials and labour to fix it. Metal post with wooden sleepers is fine

Patch/paint a couple holes in gyprock walls. Fix a door knob. Fix a towel rail. Fix an uneven light fitting. Put up some curtain rail ends for curtain rods. Fill/smooth a couple of small cracks in cornices and wall/ceiling joins. Make look neat/tidy as home being put up for sale and open home inspection is happening tomorrow.

Wife was leaning on our hand rail. One side of the rail has ripped out of the hole and completely detached

I have a large canvas that has been in my family for over 20yrs and need it hung on that wall. I have tried doing it myself multiple times but it has fallen down each time. It is very big and quite heavy. Measures approx 160cm by 160cm. Would prefer someone experienced in finding brackets/studs and provides nails as I don’t want to risk damaging it any more.

Unfortunately the wooden post holding my retaining wall split. I want it fixed but the cheapest version or way to do it. As I want it fixed for sale but not interested in paying for an entire new wall for that garden . Just want it fixed so it is not an entire eye sore.

Looking a qualified person who’s got experience roller blind installation to come and install roller blinds. You would have to come and measure the windows and order the blinds ( from bunnings or whatever). And then install them. Essentially we are paying for your labour ect.

Hi, when I went into the roof void, I accidentally stepped on the ceiling board with one leg, causing a section to sag and a 20 cm hairline crack to appear. The sagged area is about 1.1m x 0.91m. We're looking for plaster repair, and we can handle the painting ourselves.

Tenants recently moved out and damaged a door. We need a new door installed so our painter can paint it in the next fortnight whilst on-site. We will purchase and provide door. Just needs to be hung. Also, the side gate doesn’t close properly and has no lock / latch. We need this to be secure and lockable and want to keep existing gate. Tasker to purchase items associated with job as we are unsure exactly what is required, likely just new piece of timber and latch/lock mechanism. Alternatively we can purchase items via your recommendation. Dimensions will be sent on confirmation if required. Our preferred dates are weekends, 8th, 9th, 15th or 16th June.
