Curtain rod to be installed on metal door recess. Space is tight which makes task a bit challenging. Someone tried before and couldn’t do it for some reason. There is a current rod, but not the one I want. Photos of current one and desired one attached. Must bring tools.

Timber barge board is weather damaged due to barge capping/flashing and end cap insufficient as weather protection. Need a decent and properly qualified roofing plumber to identify problem and quote for repair in writing. The end cap has since fallen of during a stormy night. Need ideas to economically fix such as cutting back timber bargeboard to gutter face and flashing all sides and sealed against (capillary etc) water ingress.

I have a bunch of doors that need work done! See photos. 1: Screen door hinges are broken and auto-closer came loose so I removed it. The drill holes have expanded or something so it's not just a case of re-drilling back in the same holes, but I assume not too complicated. 2: Front door lock to be replaced with a "Lockly Secure Plus Deadbolt Edition", which will include drilling all the relevant holes in the door and making it so the existing lock won't be active (by removing or disabling it). Lockly has a good how-to guide and there are drilling guides/etc in the box (it fits in a standard "door hole", just this one isn't!). 3: Door for our toilet opens inwards. Can you re-hang it to open outwards? The handle (part you turn) also keeps falling out, can you work out why and if applicable reattach it? 4: We have double doors that don't seem to like closing together and it's a pain, plus they don't lock securely because it's an old-style key. I don't know if replacing the handle will fix the problem? Happy to provide more details/images upon request. Will provide any materials required (specify). Happy to receive quotes for just part of the job if you only feel confident with some bits.
