One ceiling panel in my garage has a bit of deformation. The nails to secure that panel to the ceiling is loose.

The rails of the outdoor ceiling are falling off. I need someone to put new screws in and secure the rails back to the ceiling. The ceiling is plasterboard and the rails are made of wood.

Side gate dynabolt x2 has come loose and wont screw back in causing the gate to be loose.
